my mee hoon soto that used to cost me 2.20 is now 2.70. the taxi fare from werk to home that usually cost me 16.80 now cost me 27.55 (peak hours). movies that cost me 9.00 now cost me 10.00. and gone the time when i tot gettin a flat is as easy as thru a walk-in-selection. now resale flats want cash upfront from at least 15k to 30k. where in the world im going to get those sum? n even if i have, its out of the mind to give someone 15-30k for free. its not recommended for 1st timer, i know. but thats the catch. u got ur flat faster. n i might haf to forget abt BTO cos i haf to wait for the next 5 yeeeeaars for it to be ready! my dad said,"its gona be fast, its worth waiting!" i know its worth waiting but i dun tink its gona be fast. kan abah?
